If you are looking for a fun and relaxing way to spend your Tuesday evening, head out to Blanchette Park on Tuesday, May 12, for another great Food Trucks in the Park event hosted by St. Charles Parks and Recreation.

From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., families and friends can enjoy live music, delicious food from a variety of local food trucks, and a laid-back evening outdoors. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to relax while enjoying dinner and entertainment in the park.

A few reminders before heading out: some food trucks may be cash only, outside alcohol and glass containers are not allowed, and coolers may be checked at the entrance. Local laws also prohibit pets at the event, except for service animals.

Events like this are a great way to support local food vendors while enjoying one of the best community spaces in St. Charles.

I'm a 40-year-old father blessed with two wonderful children: a 13-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son. My life revolves around my beautiful wife, who is the cornerstone of our family. Without her unwavering support, none of what I do would be possible. By day, I serve as a network administrator for a local school district, ensuring smooth operations in the realm of technology. During the evenings, you'll often find me engrossed in various creative pursuits, from illustrating books to crafting websites or composing music. But above all, my priority is spending quality time with my kids. Parenthood has been a profound journey of growth and discovery for me, and now, armed with a keyboard instead of a pen, I'm eager to share my experiences and insights with others.
