CLEMENTINE’S ICE CREAM ANNOUNCES FALL FLAVORS Special Collection Inspired by Edgar Allan Poe New limited-edition pints available in-store and online now

ST. LOUIS, MO / September 11, 2026 – Clementine’s Ice Cream announces the release of their fall flavors, including a new limited-edition collection inspired by the works of Edgar Allan Poe. “The Edgar Allan Poe Collection” features four spine-tingling flavors: Midnight Dreary, NevermoreOrange, Thing of Evil and The Raven. All flavors are available in scoop shops now, including our newest parlor in Columbia, MO.

Clementine’s Ice Cream’s CEO and Founder, Tamara Keefe, shared the inspiration behind the flavors:

“Poe created worlds that feel vivid, atmospheric and a little unsettling, which gave our team so much to play with. We translated that mood into flavors that are unexpected but still genuinely delicious. You don’t need to know every Poe reference to enjoy the collection, but those who do will find another layer waiting for them,” said Keefe.

Fall Flavors Include:

  • NevermOrange – an elevated dreamsicle flavored with blood orange and silky olive oil
  • Thing of Evil – non-dairy caramel-miso coconut ice cream with crumbles of gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies
  • The Raven – gothic blueberry muffin
