Get face-to-fin with real-life Mermaids who will be diving in the Shark Canyon and the Grand Lobby Clock habitats and visiting with guests. Mermaid encounters are included with Aquarium admission or membership. The Mermaids will be at the Aquarium on the following dates:

MERMAID DIVES
The mermaids will dive in Shark Canyon with the sharks, rays, sea turtles and other underwater creatures. In the Grand Lobby Clock, mermaids will swim with colorful fish and welcome guests to the Aquarium. These fantastic dives showcase the graceful movements of mermaids as they glide through the water waving, throwing bubble kisses, twirling, and flipping through the water. Dive times:

MERMAID MEET & GREET EXPERIENCE
The Mermaid Meet and Greet is all about creating a personalized interaction.with the Mermaids You’re invited to engage directly with the mermaids, whether it’s with a warm hug, a curious question, or by striking a pose for a family photo. It’s a special chance for each guest to enjoy individual time and capture cherished memories. This experience takes place in Shark Canyon and is available from 10 am to 5 pm.
MER-MAGIC MAKEOVERS
Transform into a magical sea creature inr Mer-Magic Makeover Cove. Kids can choose their favorite style and artists will create an unforgettable aquatic look. Each makeover is just $20, with no reservations required.
Available from 10 am to 5 pm, makeovers are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Aspiring Mermaids can make waves with one of two signature makeovers.
Mermaid Style — includes themed face paint in shimmering ocean hues, plus thechoice of a colorful Sea star Hair Clip to complete the look.
Sea King Style– features striking ocean-inspired face paint plus a choice of vibrant temporary hair color for a dramatic, regal finish.
UNDER THE SEA BREAKFAST
Start the magical day with a breakfast buffet at Union Station’s 1894 Cafe. The tasty buffet meal will take place each Saturday from May 23 through June 13 during the Mermaids on the Mississippi festival.. Breakfast is available combined with Aquarium admission.
MER-MAZING BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT THE AQUARIUM
Celebrating a birthday in May or June? The Mermaids will join you at a party. Events are available for bookings Thursdays-through Sundays, May 22 – June 14
Your party guests will enjoy a VIP experience in a private party space with themed decor. Kids can celebrate in style before heading out to catch all the fin-tastic mermaid magic in the Aquarium.

UNDER THE SEA FREAK SHAKE
Soda Fountain at Union Station is welcoming the Mermaids with a new Freak Shake. Under the Sea is a Birthday Cake flavored shake with a purple drizzle, Pearl Sprinkled Rim, Hand-Crafted Mermaid Fin Sugar Cookie, Purple and White Whirly Pop, Light Blue Rock Candy, a Chocolate Starfish, whipped cream and a cherry. The shake is seved with a “Dinglehopper” and is available from May 20 through June 21.
