Magic Mini Golf in the Delmar Loop is celebrating its one year anniversary on Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 11am – 11pm with prize giveaways every hour, bingo, karaoke, and a magician from 6pm – 8pm.

Delmar Loop creative visionary Joe Edwards opened Magic Mini Golf as a one-of-a-kind indoor mini golf, shuffleboard, and Ferris wheel attraction in the heart of the Delmar Loop one year ago. In addition to its 27-ft award-winning animated neon sign, it features 18 holes of whimsical miniature golf, two full-size shuffleboard courts, a 5-car Ferris wheel from the Muny Opera, and pinball and basketball arcade games. Since everything is indoors, it is open all seasons and all weather.

Joe Edwards reflects, “So many groups of people have been loving Magic Mini Golf. I see a lot of families with children, a lot of birthday parties, and many companies have team-building events here because mini golf and shuffleboard loosen everyone up and give them something exciting to do other than talk about work. I see a lot of dates and first dates since people are always looking for creative date night ideas. Who knows, some of those dates may eventually turn into weddings – people get married in our Magic Wedding Chapel and ride the Ferris wheel to celebrate. Our staff are ordained and can legally marry guests!”

I'm a 40-year-old father blessed with two wonderful children: a 13-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son. My life revolves around my beautiful wife, who is the cornerstone of our family. Without her unwavering support, none of what I do would be possible. By day, I serve as a network administrator for a local school district, ensuring smooth operations in the realm of technology. During the evenings, you'll often find me engrossed in various creative pursuits, from illustrating books to crafting websites or composing music. But above all, my priority is spending quality time with my kids. Parenthood has been a profound journey of growth and discovery for me, and now, armed with a keyboard instead of a pen, I'm eager to share my experiences and insights with others.
