
St. Louis — DO go near the water! It’s everyone’s favorite summer event — the anual celebration of Shark Week, July 24 through August 2.
“We celebrate sharks all year long here at the St. Louis Aquarium, but the official Shark Week is special fun for all of us,” said Erin Clark, the Aquarium’s executive director. “We make sure all of our visitors have up close and personal experiences with our shark friends this week.”
The Aquarium immerses visiitors in a world of shark-centered adventures designed to teach them more about the rulers of the ocean during Shark Week 2026 and for the rest of the summer.

BREAKFAST WITH SHARK TWAIN
For the first time, the Aquarium’s toothsome mascot, Shark Twain, is hosting a Shark Week breakfast event paitred with admission to the Aquarium. Breakfast “bites” include fresh pastries, assorted yogurts, and seasonal fruits, assorted juices and milk for the kids. Adults can enjoy the premium coffee station featuring freshly brewed coffee, gourmet syrups, milks, and more. Breakfast guests under age 12 get a free gift and more special experiences are planned for all. The 9 a.m. breakfasts are held on the following dates: .

The Aquarium is open all year with special extended hours from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. through Labor Day.
