Guests who purchase a ticket to any movie on January 19, 2026, at one of the 78 Marcus Theatres or Movie Tavern® locations nationwide, will receive one free large popcorn.
National Popcorn Day is a much-anticipated (unofficial) holiday at Marcus Theatres, which is known for providing its loyalty club members free popcorn every Value Tuesday. To help moviegoers make National Popcorn Day truly special, every theatre will have popcorn-themed activities and games such as make-your-own popcorn jewelry, bingo, and as an added treat, every ticket holder will receive one free scratch-off card. The scratch-off tickets can be redeemed for concession offers like a free Super or Ultra combo, ICEEs, fountain beverages, candy, and popcorn.

Marcus Theatres will celebrate with free popcorn all day on January 19 at every location. Limit one free large popcorn per ticketed guest. Every moviegoer purchasing a ticket will receive a scratch-off card that can be redeemed February 1 through February 28, 2026.
