For those unfamiliar, a Blood Moon occurs when the Earth positions itself perfectly between the Sun and the Moon, casting a reddish glow across the lunar surface. It\u2019s eerie, it\u2019s beautiful, and it\u2019s probably the closest thing we\u2019ll get to a cosmic horror movie playing out in the night sky. The totality phase of this eclipse will last just over an hour, peaking at 2:58 AM CST\u2014so for all the night owls and insomniacs out there, this one\u2019s for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eclipse Timing in St. Louis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Penumbral Eclipse Begins:<\/strong> March 14, 2025, at 12:09 AM CST<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partial Eclipse Begins:<\/strong> March 14, 2025, at 1:09 AM CST<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Total Eclipse Begins:<\/strong> March 14, 2025, at 2:26 AM CST<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maximum Eclipse:<\/strong> March 14, 2025, at 2:58 AM CST<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Total Eclipse Ends:<\/strong> March 14, 2025, at 3:31 AM CST<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partial Eclipse Ends:<\/strong> March 14, 2025, at 4:41 AM CST<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Penumbral Eclipse Ends:<\/strong> March 14, 2025, at 5:41 AM CST<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The totality phase, when the Moon is entirely within Earth&#8217;s umbra and appears red, will last approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, from 2:26 AM to 3:31 AM CST. If that\u2019s not a sign of celestial dominance, I don\u2019t know what is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pisces are already known for their deep emotions, intuitive nature, and a touch of the mystical\u2014so pair that with a Blood Moon, and I fully expect my wife\u2019s powers to reach their annual peak. Will she suddenly manifest the ability to predict the future? Will she levitate? Will I wake up in the morning to find that she has enchanted the dog to only respond in riddles?
