ST.LOUIS (Oct. 4, 2023) – The National At-Home Dad Network (TNAHDN) is proud to present HomeDadCon 2024 – the 28th Annual At-Home Dads Convention – taking place Oct. 17th-19th, at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Downtown St. Louis. Previous convention cities included affiliate dads groups in Milwaukee, Orlando, Portland, Raleigh, Denver, Washington D.C., Kansas City, Minneapolis, and Chicago.

“HomeDadCon is just a stop on the road through fatherhood, where men get to learn from their peers on how to be better parents, husbands, and partners in the caregiving of their children. There are no words to describe how impactful it is for at-home dads. It has to be experienced firsthand.” Jonathan Heisey-Grove, President of The National At-Home Dad Network

HomeDadCon is a fatherhood focused parenting convention, covering a wide range of topics and issues that matter to dads and families. Our speakers and panels include parenting experts, researchers, authors, and businesses who understand and support our mission:

To empower fathers and champion a culture that recognizes them as capable and competent parents.

Attendees include new fathers as well as dads who have been to numerous HomeDadCon events. All dads are welcome; you need not be a full time stay at-home dad to benefit from HomeDadCon. We are a community of dads from the local area, all across the country, and some even from overseas.

The National At-Home Dad Network is looking for St. Louis area speakers, professors, community leaders, and fatherhood organizations to partner with us for HomeDadCon 2023. Join Us!

Our official hotel and event venue is the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch. The Drury Plaza Hotel is located in the heart of downtown, blocks from the Gateway Arch, with free breakfasts, and a 5:30pm KickBack reception!

The St. Louis Dad Family Halloween HorrorFest 2023

Every year my wife and I devote October to watching as many horror films as we can. 2023 is no different, except this year we are including the kids. Last week I went through and meticulously curated a months worth of movies for us to watch. Some are probably not appropriate for the kids but that’s why they invented the fast forward button.

Check out our calendar of movies for the entire month of October and feel free to join in our fun! Also, a fun reminder that on my 2023 Media Log you can see what I have been watching all year long!
