Halloween-grinch-nightLast night’s movie didn’t go as well as I had planned. The wife and kids were just not into Double, Double, Toil and Trouble. That’s okay, not every Halloween movie is going to be a classic, and the one we watch tonight may not be either, but I will say that it has a classic character just about everyone knows about… The Grinch.

That’s right! Tonight we won’t be watching How The Grinch Stole Christmas, instead we will be watching Halloween is Grinch Night! Originally released in 1977 this cartoon classic is a little under a half hour so I think the length of the movie is perfect for tonight’s Halloween movie. The Grinch is a great character that I’m surprised doesn’t have more cartoons. My daughter loves watching the live-action movie with Jim Carrey as well as the cartoon classic set in the Christmas season.

Check back tomorrow to find out what we will watch next! Got a suggestion or want to share your favorite Halloween movie comment below!

I'm a 40-year-old father blessed with two wonderful children: a 13-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son. My life revolves around my beautiful wife, who is the cornerstone of our family. Without her unwavering support, none of what I do would be possible. By day, I serve as a network administrator for a local school district, ensuring smooth operations in the realm of technology. During the evenings, you'll often find me engrossed in various creative pursuits, from illustrating books to crafting websites or composing music. But above all, my priority is spending quality time with my kids. Parenthood has been a profound journey of growth and discovery for me, and now, armed with a keyboard instead of a pen, I'm eager to share my experiences and insights with others.
